- DIAL=PULSE pulse dialing by default
- DIAL=HUNT adaptive dialing by default

- Adaptive dialing means that the modem will start out with DTMF, and if
- the first touch tone doesn't break dial tone it will fall back to pulse
- dialing.
- The default is used when you specify ATD<number> without explicitly
- giving P or T.
